After conveying the extreme disappointment and reliability of two Bosch products failing in a matter of days and demanding to speak with management regarding a service fee the tech is coming out to review the washing machine at no charge. I'm now worried about the other products I've purchased, are they all going to fail like the dish washer and washing machine. The outcome of how Bosch handle this is going to make me question if I ever purchase one of their appliance again. I have to take two days off work to be onsite for two different technicians to review the two products losing 2 days of annual leave. My wife is going to her mothers to use her washing machine, as we have a 7ish month old daughter and needs to wash her clothes etc. Being a reoccurring fault described by numerous others here are Bosch going to stand by their products and accept that this is an issue they need to bear with products that should last more than a few years. The high cost to replace the power board doesn't make it worthwhile fixing. I expected to get a lot more than six years from this machine when I decided to spend more money on a Bosch. I thought it was meant to be a quality brand that would last the distance. I was happy with the way the clothes were washed.
